This is so true. More often than not, patrons who walk through the doors of a corporation expect good customer service. If the employee is in any way rude, it reflects poorly on the corporation as a whole and the customer may not be soon returning. &lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;On the other side of the coin, I also liked your comment "Employees want to feel that their efforts are appreciated and that they are a valued asset to the company." If the company is rewarding its employees, they in turn carry the badge of pride to serve within that corporation and remain loyal.</content><link rel='edit' type='application/atom+xml' href='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/8696424284537201754/5474397522994491267/comments/default/963215009835191965'/><link rel='self' type='application/atom+xml' href='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/8696424284537201754/5474397522994491267/comments/default/963215009835191965'/><link rel='alternate' type='text/html' href='http://theysentus.blogspot.com/2008/06/corporations-responsibility-to.html?showComment=1215646320000#c963215009835191965' title=''/><author><name>Donna J. A successful employee recognition program will lead to lower employee turnover, higher productivity and a brighter future as recipients meet and exceed goals.
