More often than not, patrons who walk through the doors of a corporation expect good customer service. If the employee is in any way rude, it reflects poorly on the corporation as a whole and the customer may not be soon returning. <BR/><BR/>On the other side of the coin, I also liked your comment "Employees want to feel that their efforts are appreciated and that they are a valued asset to the company."
